About Us

Growing up I had always heard, "One day, you'll fall in love with your best friend and then everything else will just fall into place." I never knew just how real that statement was... until now.

It all started in college (isn't that usually where all the great stories start!?) when Chantal was a freshman and Sean was a sophmore. A mutual friend had introduced Chantal to Sean and his roommates and from that day on, the group was inseperable. It wasn't until graduating from High Point University that they both realized that their friendship of 4 years had escalated to much more. They talked and visited each other often, but with Chantal being in New Jersey and Sean in Florida, the long distance was unbearable.

A few months later, Chantal landed a job in Naples, FL and that January 8, 2013 they began officially dating :) The 4 hour trips back and forth to Naples and Orlando became a weekly occurance, but before long even that wasn't enough. That October, Chantal made the move to Orlando to live with Sean and before they knew it went from living alone to a house where dogs out numbered humans.

That Christmas was their first Christmas together, and one that will never be forgotten. On December 25, 2013 Sean wrapped clues under the tree which gradually spelled out a riddle that lead Chantal to a brand new bike that she had been wanting for months! They decided to take a stroll around the neighborhood and ended up stopping at the gazebo where Sean handed Chantal a dove (plastic!) with a note attached saying "I have a twin, and you'll find me on the Christmas tree." She looked at Sean with crazy eyes... "But I love my bike, can we keep riding??" Sean's persistence to hurry back home left her wondering what was so important that her bike riding had to be put on hold!! They rushed back to the house, and Chantal eagerly began searching for the dove. She picked the dove out of the tree and took a second look at what was attached. She looked at the dove, looked at Sean (who was already down on one knee) and burst into (happy) tears! I believe her exact words were "Shut Up!" followed by "Does my family know?" And then of course what Sean had been waiting for "YES!!!"

From that day on, our love for one another has only blossomed. Each day, we strive to bring out the best in one another. We have only just begun our journey together, and can not wait to see what the future has in store for us. Next stop, October 10th, 2015 when we become Mr & Mrs Warmoth!!! :)
